  • Our studio hire fee is £850+vat per 10 hour day (8am-6pm)

  • The studio is available to use from 8am - 6pm. We can make arrangements for earlier or later bookings. Additional fees may apply.

  • Technically no. It’s sound reduced but not sound proof. We often record sound in the studio for various brand ads or social content.

    We have very respectful neighbours who are happy to keep noise to a minimum when requested.

  • Yes. Access to over 500 props, customisable kitchen sets, bean to cup coffee machine and prep kitchen are all included in the price.

    The only additional fees you may need to consider are lighting or camera hire. This is subject to availability. The team can assist you with this request.
